Job Description

  • Proficiency in MS Office i.e (Word, Power Point, Excel & Outlook).
  • Must be Proficient in English.
  • Must have the ability to manage record keeping.
  • Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (emails, letters etc).
  • Determine matters of priority and handle accordingly.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Management and Customers
  • Demonstrate leadership, creditability, trust & support with senior Management.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Good Organizational & Time Management skills.
  • Good Communication & Negotiation capabilities.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
