This is a full-time (Night Shift) on-site role for a USA Truck Dispatcher located in Lahore. The USA Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for monitoring and assigning truck delivery tasks to drivers in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Load bookings
- Provide the best route to the carrier
- Payment planning (Through factoring or quick pay)
- Negotiation of rates with the broker.
- Manage complete documentation and paperwork for the carrier.
- Provide director assistance
- Factor setup assistance
- Collection of assistance
- Guide truck drivers about timetables and setting up their routes.
