Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall eBay account health and performance
Daily research of winning products using tools like eBay product Research, Terapeak, etc.
Weekly discussions to finalize and list researched products
Maintain effective customer service: respond to messages, handle returns, and disputes
Process orders and upload tracking details
Perform competitor analysis and pricing adjustments
Ensure compliance with eBay policies
Generate regular performance reports
Ultimately responsible for increasing store orders and revenue
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an eBay VA or eBay account manager
Strong understanding of eBay SEO, listing best practices, and platform policies
Proficiency in tools like Terapeak, eBay Product Research.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
