Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Technical Recruiter who love building lasting relationships, are persistent, creative, and have a drive to succeed. Recruiting is an art, requiring equal parts of technical savvy, hard work, and intuition. If you are that artist and enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet you.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Candidates will work in PST timezone (PAK night shift) but 100% remote
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
- Must be innovative, detail oriented, work quickly and accurately, and be able to change tasks and focus easily
- Strong networking skills
- Good grasp of LinkedIn and all its features
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be computer savvy with strong MS Office experience
- VMS experience preferred.
- Bachelor s degree
