• To prepare estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory control and make recommendations to management.
  •  
  • To make purchases related to office equipment, furniture, stationary etc.
  •  
  • Evaluate and manage monthly employee’s record and send report to program manager and accounts department on daily and monthly basis.
  •  
  • To arrange functions and events of Alkhidmat Foundation Lahore.
  •  
  • Supervise the use of the company vehicles (Ambulances).
  •  
  • Keep regular service and repair records of company vehicles.
  •  
  • Coordinate with the Accounts department for utility payments. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
