Product sourcing, processing & dispatching
Vendor management and issues
Complete inventory management (LHR, ISB and KHI – retailers also)
Exchange, refunds & returns for the product
Complete order process file up-dation
Sales order management
Social Media queries
Whatsapp management
Zendesk chats
Reporting to finance for orders /stock reports
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Make sure all the content is delivered on time
Continuously discover and implement new technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
Any additional work assigned by the management must be completed within the specific time limit
