The Senior Financial Controller role at Zesora Hospitality is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hospitality portfolio, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports. The incumbent will manage daily accounting processes, ensure the accuracy of financial records, lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, and monitor cash flow and cost controls. Additionally, the Senior Financial Controller ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. The role demands providing strategic financial insights to support investment decisions and operational performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, leadership of finance staff, and delivering timely financial reporting and analysis to senior management are also key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports for multiple hospitality assets.
- Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control activities.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support investment decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with operations, development, and executive leadership teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submission of financial reports.

Required Qualifications
- Strong finance and analytical skills to support decision-making and evaluate performance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to prepare and interpret financial statements across multiple entities.
- Proficiency in financial systems, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting software.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior controlling or finance leadership role within a multi-property or group environment.
