We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Agent to join Healthtech company. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, fluency in English, and a background in O/A levels. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to patients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding our healthtech services.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting patients with their concerns and questions.
  • Evaluate patient needs and effectively route them to the appropriate doctors or specialists within our network.
  • Coordinate appointments and ensure timely follow-up with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, feedback, and inquiries in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Stay updated on our healthtech services, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to patients.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
  • Background in O/A levels education is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with patients' concerns.
  • Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and standard office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of health tech industry trends and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
