Responsibilities:
- Updating and processing the inter-company transactions and its tracking on periodic basis.
- Processing the mark up payment.
- Perform analyses of the rates and calculation on mark up on running finance from different banks.
- Performing bank reconciliation.
- Receiving and recording donations and keeping track against relevant expense.
- Keep a track of ongoing seminars/symposium/workshops and record their income and expense on regular basis.
- Fill up the finance section of membership forms / registration forms with/from different institutions.
- Keep liaison with banks for their time to time documentation requirements for limits availed.
Competencies:
- Analytical and problem solving.
- Effective written communications.
- Proficient in computer including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
