Description:
We, here at ZIN, have a need for an Software PHP Engineer, who should:
- Write “clean”, well-designed code
- Produce detailed specifications
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Requirements:
- Proven software development experience in PHP (1-3 years of experience).
- Must have good understanding of frameworks like Laravel, Magento, Woocommerce, Codeigniter etc (at least one of them)
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Javascript, Bootstrap, AJAX etc
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
- Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Good DB concepts (SQL server, MYSQL with query writing & debugging skills)
- Good knowledge of SDLC especially for development activities in SCRUM/Agile model.
- Review requirement specification documents and software design specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of requirements
- Work both independently and as an integral member of a high performance team.
- Good learning curve to adapt rapidly to new tools/technologies and business domains.
