- Maintaining current knowledge of applicable American Federal and State privacy and security laws and regulations.
- Developing privacy and security policies and procedures regarding patient information regulations.
- Coordinating with Director/Manager Compliance, management, relevant departments, and committees to create and maintain required documents.
- Routinely conducting Compliance audits.
- investigating, and resolving issues about the company’s privacy/security policies and procedures.
- Guide development team on following HIPAA guidelines for patient information transfer
Education & Skills Required:
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Information Security/CS/IT/CE
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
