Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Executive (CSE). The CSE will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating sales leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Provide excellent customer service and support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry trends and customer needs
