ZISK, a leading property investment firm and global estate agency, is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales / Investment Officers to sell our property Units and bring in investment.
Candidate must have experience of sales and investment know-how with proven ability to convert leads into actual sales. The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving sales targets in a financing, banking, investments, property or related field. The candidate must be willing to work in challenging environments.
He/she must be self motivated and self driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must have integrity and be honest, keen on taking responsibilities and delivering results and with a fantastic attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Converting leads into sales via phone and meetings (e.g. at client offices)
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Identifying and developing new customers
- Creating and building long lasting relationships with clients
- Helping build a strong Company brand name
- Abiding by business policies
