The primary responsibility of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is to actively recruit top diverse talent and main focus is to find opportunities in throughout North America region. Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will need to lay out and advance effective enrolment tactics for current and future needs and implement a diversity of obtaining practices to build a qualified and diverse talented candidate pool. Candidate must have good knowledge and ability to communicate fluently within and outside organization.

Job Duties:

  • Build a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, proactive sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and other technical or creative methods
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure hiring process moves forward, interview team preparedness and commitment to hitting hiring goals
  • Track recruiting goals and metrics
  • Sourcing candidates for both corporate and non-corporate positions
  • Phone screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates
  • Coordination of interviews across multiple departments and hiring managers
  • Full-cycle recruiting, including creation of offer letters, processing background checks, and processing drug screens
  • Job description creation, posting, and applicant flow analysis
  • Support with HR processes and duties as needed

Skills:

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must able to work with computer and extended hours of sitting
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task as needed
  • Work well in a team and Independently prioritize work with good time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH

Education and Experience:

  • Intermediate or higher any degree
  • Good to have one to two years’ experience in recruiting experience

Additional Details:

  • Final salary will be determined in part by the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and may be higher or lower than target along with standard benefits as per corporate policy
