Female Personal Assistant to CEO is required at Zohaib Asad Academies Islamabad.
This is a part time position with working hours from 4 pm - 8:30 pm Mon-Fri. (4.5 hours/ day and 22.5 hours/week)
Free basic medical checkup facility is available.
Candidates must possess the following skills:
- Must be fluent in English language and be able to communicate effectively with prospective and current customers of the educational institute.
- Should be able to use MS office, mainly MS Excel, MS Word, and be able to operate professional e-mail clients such as roundcube.
- You must carryout tasks delegated to you by the CEO and coordinate with subordinate staff as required to deliver the expected results.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of past experience as a personal assistant in an educational institute or similar environment.
- Should have suitable professional references of previous employer or superviser.
- Minimum education is bachelors degree in any discipline.
The salary for the part time position starts at 10,000 to 12,000 PKR/month and can increase after 6 months of satisfactory performance.
