Zonal Manager Commercial Excellence

Highnoon is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as a Zonal Manager Commercial Excellence. This role is pivotal in enhancing commercial effectiveness, optimizing sales-force productivity, and leveraging performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making within the assigned zone. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by implementing strategic initiatives that improve sales operations and overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial excellence initiatives to boost sales force effectiveness across the zone.
- Analyze business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute territory planning strategies to maximize market penetration and sales outcomes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- A Pharm-D, MSc, MBA, or an equivalent advanced degree.
- Extensive experience of 15 to 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze complex data sets to drive business decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Age bracket preferred between 35 to 45 years.
