We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the operations of multiple branches within a designated zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales growth, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management:
Supervise and manage all branches within the assigned zone to ensure seamless daily operations. Oversee timely branch opening and closing, conduct regular visits and operational inspections, and ensure strict adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.

Sales and Business Development:
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets by monitoring branch-wise sales performance. Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability. Develop and implement action plans for branches that are underperforming to enhance overall business results.

Staff Management:
Lead and supervise Branch Managers and their teams, ensuring proper attendance, punctuality, and discipline. Monitor staff performance and productivity, identify training needs, and coordinate staff development initiatives to build a capable and motivated workforce.

Inventory and Stock Control:
Maintain optimal stock availability across all branches while controlling wastage, expiry, shortages, and unnecessary consumption. Ensure accurate stock receiving and inventory management by coordinating closely with production, warehouse, and supply chain departments.

Quality and Customer Service:
Ensure food quality, freshness, hygiene, and presentation meet company standards. Maintain excellent customer service standards, handle major customer complaints promptly, and ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Financial and Cost Control:
Monitor branch expenses and operational costs to control wastage and unnecessary expenditures. Oversee cash handling and daily sales reporting, ensuring the implementation of effective cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production, Purchase, and Maintenance departments to address operational issues. Report significant concerns to senior management and recommend improvements to enhance branch performance.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in multi-branch operations management, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies, inventory control, and cost management.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
