ZRJ Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Bidder with Websites Development experience to join our team. As an Upwork bidder, you will be responsible for bidding on various projects posted on the Upwork platform and securing new business for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential projects on the Upwork platform that align with the company's expertise and services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, website development, software development.
- Must have sound knowledge to bid on websites project.
- Draft and submit compelling proposals in response to project postings on Upwork
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop project strategies, timelines, and budgets
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
