We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Deputy Manager – Human Resources to independently oversee core HR operations and strategic functions. This role demands a proactive, results-driven professional with strong leadership and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and execution of all HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified professionals.
  • Supervise onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Direct performance management systems, including appraisal processes, KPIs, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits coordination.
  • Lead training needs analysis and execution of learning & development programs.
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for effective decision-making and reporting.
  • Coordinate with department heads to align HR practices with business needs.
  • Take ownership of audits, statutory filings, and HR documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
