Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing retail stores, showrooms, real estate offices, and commercial outlets. They will be required to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations, and work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture and a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create design concepts for retail stores, showrooms, real estate offices, and commercial outlets.
- Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D MAX, and other relevant software.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with clients to gather requirements, and present design concepts and ideas.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and project timelines to clients.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture.
- Proven experience in designing retail stores, showrooms, real estate offices, and commercial outlets.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D MAX, Lumion, Enscape, and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
