Zugo is seeking a persuasive, high-energy Sales Development and Customer Support Associate to become a key member of our team. In this role, you act as the face of the dealership, delivering exceptional customer experiences and motivating prospects to visit our showroom. You handle a variety of sales prospecting techniques including cold calling, lead follow-ups, and inbound customer support. Your primary goal is to engage customers effectively and ensure they feel valued, encouraging a strong connection with our brand and dealership services.
This role requires resilience, excellent communication skills, and strong customer relationship management abilities to manage and nurture leads. You will play a vital part in driving foot traffic to the dealership by selling the experience, not just the product. By leveraging email tracking, analytics, and telemarketing strategies, you help maintain an active dialogue with potential customers and provide timely, attentive support to generate interest and trust in our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers with a focus on promoting the dealership experience.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly to nurture interest and guide prospects towards a dealership visit.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track, update, and manage customer interactions and sales pipelines effectively.
- Provide courteous, professional, and knowledgeable customer support throughout all communications, ensuring a positive impression of the dealership.
- Leverage email tracking and analytics to monitor engagement levels and optimize communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align customer messaging and increase conversion rates from lead to dealership visit.
- Maintain a resilient and motivated approach when handling rejection or challenging interactions with potential customers.
- Stay informed about the dealerships promotions, services, and inventory to accurately inform customers and answer their questions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute towards continuous improvement in customer experience and sales approaches.
- Promote the brands values consistently and enhance customer loyalty by delivering personalized, attentive service.
