Mechanical Supervisor

Zulfiqar Industries is seeking a qualified Mechanical Supervisor to join its manufacturing and industrial operations team located in Raiwind. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical background who bring hands-on experience with industrial equipment and mechanical maintenance. The preferred candidates include retired Army personnel with relevant mechanical or technical experience, offering a unique discipline and expertise to the maintenance operations. The Mechanical Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of machinery by overseeing maintenance procedures, identifying faults, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational protocols. In this role, the Mechanical Supervisor functions as a dedicated technical expert working closely with maintenance teams. Although this position does not currently involve managing a team, the incumbent is expected to demonstrate leadership qualities through effective coordination and supervision of maintenance activities. The role demands a responsible individual capable of carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance with attention to detail and efficiency, thereby contributing to the overall reliability and productivity of the companys mechanical assets.
Responsibilities

Supervise the mechanical maintenance and upkeep of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
Identify mechanical faults and breakdowns promptly, troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure all mechanical operations comply with established safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance records and documentation including reports on activities, inspections, and repairs.
Work closely with technical teams and other departments to plan and schedule maintenance tasks efficiently.
Support the training and development of maintenance staff by providing technical guidance and sharing best practices.
Contribute to the improvement of maintenance processes and machinery reliability through ongoing analysis and feedback.
Adapt to the demands of the industrial environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in handling operational challenges.
