Job Responsibilities:
- Record financial and accounting entries in customized software
- Manage staff attendance and salaries accounts
- Manage day to day accounting activities and petty cash vouchers
- Daily bank and cash reconciliation
- Deal with all types of banks and government matters
- Basic knowledge of audit and taxation
- Audit daily and monthly sales and expense vouchers
- Prepare, manage and analyse monthly budget of different heads of accounts
- Can prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management
