We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. This role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by acting as a liaison between the company and our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in the automobile industry and have exposure to international client interactions (B2B and B2C).
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Engage with international clients, both businesses and individual consumers, to cater to their needs and address any concerns that may arise.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out and cultivate new customer relationships to expand the company's market reach in the designated region or country.
- Account Management: Maintain high-quality services for existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Sales and After-Sales Support: Oversee sales processes and take responsibility for post-sales support.
- Negotiation Skills: Facilitate negotiations and ensure smooth transactions for the products.
- Financial Management: Handle banking transactions and effectively allocate funds as required.
- Customer Support Excellence: Provide exceptional customer support to new leads, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in handling banking transactions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
