Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop new clothing collectionsResearch fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and patternsCreate sketches, mood boards, and design conceptsCoordinate with production and tailoring teamsEnsure quality and design standards are maintainedWork closely with management on seasonal collections
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or relevant field1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)Strong understanding of fabrics, cuts, and stylingCreativity with attention to detailAbility to work under deadlines
