We are hiring for one our client Female Pre-Primary Head for one of our reputed clients in the education sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading lower classes and personally supervising children to ensure their safety, learning, and overall development.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage Pre-Primary classesPersonally oversee children’s daily activities, discipline, and well-beingLead, guide, and support teaching staffEnsure smooth classroom management and learning environmentCommunicate effectively with parents regarding child progressMaintain a safe, caring, and child-friendly atmosphereMonitor academic and behavioral development of students
Requirements:Female candidate onlyEducation or Early Childhood Education (preferred)1–2 years of experience in pre-primary / nursery educationAbility to handle and manage young children with care and patienceStrong communication and leadership skills
