  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.

  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to maximize sales revenue.
  • Team Collaboration:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a chat-based sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in chat platforms, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
