Job Description

Responsible to manage the administrative affairs by maintaining relationships with the govt agencies, labor departments, and local authorities.

Manage the administrative tasks at the factory.

Ensure timely and quality response to 3rd party employee queries pertaining to loans, benefits, EOBI, social security, gratuity etc.

Prepare periodic reports and highlight any cases of non-adherence to policies and norms.
