We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business by proactively contacting potential clients, generating leads, and implementing marketing strategies via phone calls. Responsibilities:
Calling Prospective Clients: Utilize provided lists to initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, foster interest, and establishing initial contact.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, assessing their needs, and collecting essential information to move them further down the sales funnel.
Marketing via Calls: Implement marketing strategies through phone conversations, which may include providing information about our offerings, promotions, and other relevant details to capture the interest of potential clients.
Research: Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' businesses, needs, and pain points, enabling more effective communication and tailored solutions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and marketing efforts using our CRM software.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an intermediate or bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills (British accent is preferable)
- Flexible to work in the UK time zone
Additional Skills and Qualifications (Preferred):
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
