Job Description:

  • To assist in recruitment process, managing interview arrangements, communicating interview results to candidates etc.
  • Prepare offer / appointment letters for new on board employees.
  • Assist in orientation sessions of newly inducted employees.
  • To assist in employee confirmation, resignation acceptance, exit interview, experience certificate, clearance etc.
  • Maintaining employee personnel files and keeping track on absenteeism and leave records.
  • To assist in managing HR Software.
  • Complete review of Benefits policies and procedures, making necessary amendments where required.
