Customer Support Representative - CSR

We are looking for Customer Support Representatives (preferably females) for our support department of Telecom Division. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
The job responsibilities include: Receiving support calls for both sales support as well as technical support Coordinating with customers via phone, web-chat and email Coordinate and follow-up with different departments/stake holders for the resolution of support requests. Perform online research as may be requested by the sales department Data generation and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
The ideal candidate should: Hold a Bachelors degree in any discipline. Masters degree would be addedadvantage Have 2 -3 years of customer care experience Candidate should be in between age group of 24 to 28. Be a team player, energetic, and must have command on multi-tasking. Candidate must have pleasant and presentable personality and eventempered.
Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in operating MS Office suite specially MS Word and Excel
