Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Support Representatives (preferably females) for our support department of Telecom Division. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

The job responsibilities include:

  • Receiving support calls for both sales support as well as technical support
  • Coordinating with customers via phone, web-chat and email
  • Coordinate and follow-up with different departments/stake holders for the resolution of support requests.
  • Perform online research as may be requested by the sales department
  • Data generation and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in any discipline. Masters degree would be addedadvantage
  • Have 2 -3 years of customer care experience
  • Candidate should be in between age group of 24 to 28.
  • Be a team player, energetic, and must have command on multi-tasking.
  • Candidate must have pleasant and presentable personality and eventempered.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in operating MS Office suite specially MS Word and Excel
