We need an innovative and Fresh Sales and Business Development Executive who have a spark to grow (bette have a know-how of Printing/Packaging)
- To develop new clients who are using Off-Set printed Packaging in large volumes.
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its markets.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about buying trends, marketplace and competitor activity
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the Sales/Marketing department.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
