Introduction to the Programme:-
The Punjab Skill Development fund has initiated a project with the objective to enhance the skills of youth of Punjab in developing biogas plants (fixed dome and floating drum biodigester). The graduate of this course are expected to find employment in government agencies, bilateral and multilateral organizations and nongovernmental organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
We are looking Trainers to deliver the trainings on biogas plants and develop the demonstration models as well. These trainers will first receive the Training for Trainers (ToT) for about 6-8 days and then will further deliver the training to local youths at District Muzaffargarh. The trainers should ensure effective learning while facilitating the training sessions.
Skill and Competencies:-
The trainer ideally should have the following skills:
Facilitator, lecturer/instructor, designer, organiser, listener/learner, interpreter, role model, negotiator, moderator, leader, observer/monitor, entertainer, evaluator, problem-solver, motivator
