JOB PURPOSE
To effectively manage and grow profitable mortgage portfolio as per assigned sales/business targets & keep business aligned with Financing Policies.
- Ensure meeting assigned sales/business targets.
- Regularly coordinate & conduct meetings with relevant personnel & customers for business mobilization.
- Conduct regular team meetings for sales/target updates & prepare/review call memos/ call reports and associated sales generation activities.
- Conduct regular sales huddle.
- Ensure quality of leads and documentation as per the product policies & guidelines.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with all stake holders.
- Manage customer complaints and their timely resolutions.
- Propose sales initiatives/opportunities to boost sales volumes.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

Willing to work between 9 am to 6 pm EST (Eastern Standard Timing)
Pakistan Time 0700 PM to 0400 AM
