We are looking for a Call Center/live chat Representative who will work on a UK-based furniture-selling campaign.

Call center Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.    The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:       

  • Provide chat support for social media marketing ads.       
  • Promptly respond to inquiries generated from chat messages related to ads.       
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process via chat.       
  • Maintain records of chat interactions and ad performance.       
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications:       

  • Basic computer skills.       
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in English
  • Sales-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.       
  • Previous chat support or ad management experience is a plus.

In probation, paid training will be provided, and intermediate-level English proficiency is required.

Timing:       

1ST SHIFT: 12 PM-08 PM       

2ND SHIFT: 08 PM-04 AM

  • Applicants should preferably have previous Telesales experience.
