3 Diamonds Global is seeking a diligent E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online retail operations across multiple marketplaces including Amazon UK, Germany, eBay, and Walmart. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of two years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and is well-versed in FBA operations, Amazon PPC strategies, and related analytical tools. This role demands strong English communication abilities, advanced Excel skills, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining excellent account health. The assistant will play a crucial role in managing product listings, monitoring key performance indicators, and enhancing sales profitability through data-driven insights.
The E-Commerce Virtual Assistant is responsible for upholding strict marketplace standards by maintaining order defect rates below set limits and ensuring timely customer communication. They will independently deliver accurate weekly performance reports and identify strategic growth opportunities. The position follows a fixed schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. This role does not involve managing a team but requires proactive task management and efficient execution of responsibilities to contribute effectively to the company's operational success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Seller Central accounts for Amazon UK and Germany, including monitoring inventory and processing flat file uploads.
- Oversee eBay and Walmart Marketplace listings, ensuring consistent product detail and compliance with marketplace policies.
- Monitor FBA operations to maintain smooth fulfillment processes and minimize disruptions.
- Manage Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Implement and analyze Amazon PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve sales performance.
- Maintain excellent account health by keeping order defect rates below marketplace thresholds and adhering to marketplace requirements.
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries within 24 hours, delivering professional and helpful communication.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports covering sales performance, advertising metrics, inventory status, and operational health.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataDive to monitor market trends and identify opportunities.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and streamline reporting processes.
- Identify and recommend strategies to increase overall sales and profitability through continuous market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to scheduled work hours from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, to maintain consistent operational support.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to solve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
