Manager Finance

319 Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Manager Finance to oversee the company's accounting and financial operations. This role requires a finance professional with extensive experience in managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing detailed financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls, supported by advanced expertise in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software. Although this position does not involve managing a team, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential for success. The Manager Finance will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, and managing account reconciliations. The candidate will actively contribute to financial reporting and analysis, ensuring that all reports are accurate and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). In addition, this role involves overseeing taxation matters and ensuring full compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations. The position demands a detail-oriented and analytical approach paired with strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines and support strategic financial decisions within the company.
Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain proper cash flow management.
Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy of financial records and detect discrepancies.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to maintain financial discipline and enable effective resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws and coordinate all related filings with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and promote efficient financial processes.
Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions and ERP/accounting software for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits and compliance checks.
Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization within finance functions.
