3D Artist

We are seeking a full-time, on-site 3D Artist / 3D Designer to join a dynamic software-focused team based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves the creation of high-quality 3D models, environments, props, textures, materials, lighting setups, and renders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing optimized GLB/GLTF assets tailored for digital products, augmented reality (AR), WebAR, interactive experiences, and marketing content. This position requires approximately one year of relevant experience along with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D design and modeling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models, environments, and props that meet project specifications.
- Create and apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance visual quality and realism.
- Produce optimized GLB/GLTF assets suitable for AR/WebAR and interactive platforms.
- Collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets.
- Render high-quality visuals for marketing and promotional materials.
- Maintain asset libraries and organize files for efficient workflow.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software updates to continuously improve output quality.

Required Qualifications
- Approximately one year of professional experience in 3D modeling and design.
- Relevant education or equivalent training in 3D art, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following software tools: Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering work.
- Ability to optimize 3D assets for real-time applications such as AR and WebAR.
- Good understanding of digital product workflows and asset integration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site during morning shift hours.
