Quality Control (QC) Inspector – Surgical & Beauty Care Instruments

4 Tech Bro is seeking a meticulous Quality Control (QC) Inspector specializing in surgical and beauty care instruments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 years of proven experience within the medical instruments manufacturing sector and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of quality standards and good manufacturing practices. This role demands a sharp eye for detail with the ability to detect micro-defects and alignment errors, ensuring optimal product performance and compliance. The QC Inspector will lead a small team of two, managing workflow, guiding quality assurance processes, and maintaining communication between production and management. Proficiency in precision measuring instruments and in-depth product knowledge of tweezers and orthopedic/dental instruments is essential to oversee and validate product integrity consistently.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough visual inspections and dimensional measurements on surgical and beauty care instruments to detect defects and ensure quality standards.
Analyze products using microscopy to identify micro-defects, alignment errors, and finish inconsistencies.
Lead and supervise a team of two quality inspectors, managing workflow and ensuring inspection accuracy.
Utilize precision measuring instruments proficiently to verify products such as eyelash tweezers, dental tweezers, Mathieu needle holders, pliers, and other orthopedic/dental instruments.
Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards.
Document inspection results and quality reports accurately, updating records for each batch inspected.
Communicate effectively with production workers and managers regarding quality findings and issues, facilitating swift resolution.
Recommend corrective actions and improvements to manufacturing processes based on inspection results.
Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures, equipment use, and quality expectations.
Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing product quality and inspection efficiency.
