As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and clients. You will leverage your expertise to close sales and promote the high-rise building’s value proposition, working in tandem with our marketing and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Actively promote and sell the high-rise buildings.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process.
  • Property Knowledge: Stay updated on the details and unique selling points of the building(s) you represent, ensuring you can provide thorough information and answer questions effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive market analysis, identify emerging trends, and strategize accordingly to ensure that the property is always positioned effectively.
  • Presentations & Tours: Conduct in-person and virtual property tours, ensuring potential buyers are provided with a comprehensive overview of the property’s amenities, units, and investment opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations with prospective buyers, ensuring contracts are closed efficiently while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, management, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelors
  • Sales experience, preferably in real estate, commercial or residential property sales, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and successfully closing high-value transactions.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, especially in high-rise buildings or luxury properties.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by state or region).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the high-rise or luxury real estate sector.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
