We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive all sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a result-oriented sales strategy for the project.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close deals.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and ensure conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions.
- Provide regular performance reports to upper management.
- Represent the project in sales meetings, exhibitions, and real estate events.
Requirements
- Male candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably high-rise projects).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Proficient with basic tech tools (CRM, Excel, etc.)
