Production / Packing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production and Packing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production and packing of stencils, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are shipped to customers on time. You will also be responsible for order packing and have experience handling parcels within Pakistan's postal system.

Responsibilities:

Operate stencil production equipment according to established procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Conduct quality checks on stencils throughout the production process.
Pack stencils securely and efficiently for shipment, following packaging guidelines.
Process and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate records of production output and packing activities.
Identify and report any production or packing issues to the supervisor.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized production environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or packing environment.
Experience handling parcels within the Pakistani postal system (e.g., Pakistan Post, TCS etc.).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (up to 15 kg).
Basic computer literacy is preferred.
