Key Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial record keeping.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with audit and tax requirements.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Tax regulations.
Manage Tax Deposits and Tax Return Filings at the federal and state levels.
Review tax documents to assess eligibility for tax credits and deductions.
Stay up to date with U.S. tax legislation and communicate relevant updates.
Collaborate with the Corporate Department to resolve taxation-related issues and complaints.
Provide expert customer support regarding tax inquiries, documentation, and software use.
Guide clients on tax filing deadlines, payment schedules, and refund processes.
Work cross-functionally to resolve client issues and improve internal processes.

Requirements:

CA, O,R ACCA Part qualified Preferred
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in taxation, especially with U.S. tax laws.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance, labor laws, accounting principles, and document archiving processes.
Previous experience in customer support within a financial services environment.
Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office (especially advanced Excel), and Google Docs/Sheets.
Tech-savvy with familiarity using chatbots and CRM platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
