Measurement and Estimation:

  • Accurately calculate quantities of materials required for each project based on architectural plans and site measurements.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and other project-related expenses.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Invoice Verification:

  • Review supplier and contractor invoices against measured quantities to verify accuracy and consistency.
  • Address discrepancies and collaborate with vendors to resolve any billing issues.

Project Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of measurements, cost estimates, and invoices for each project.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project costs and financial status.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
