• Identify potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.
• Surveying new potential Branches in Central Punjab Region, Making Rental Contracts and developing New Branches as per Company’s needs.
• Recruiting and training office boys and allocate responsibilities along with assessing support staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to the budgetary constraint.
• Ensuring timely payment of all Utility Bills.
• Monitoring and auditing of Petty Cash of Central Region Branches.
