Purpose

As an Events Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the business development team with a variety of tasks. To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, you should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. You must be comfortable with computers, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with research for various events, conferences, and meetings

· Assist with various administrative tasks including:

Bills
Inputting expenses
Diary support / meeting scheduling
Guest list management
Provide logistical support for upcoming Pakistan Ski Trip (February 2020)
Hotel bookings and travel support

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• 1-2 years of internship, office, or customer service experience

• Social skills and strong organizational skills, multi-tasker who's collaborative and has strong communication skills.

Salary & Package

We offer a competitive base salary dependent on the number of years of experience in addition generous stock options and an annual discretionary bonus.
