A renowned HACCP certified corporate catering company is looking for the services of Executive Chef for their In-House Cooking Operations Facility
As a Head Chef you will be responsible for:
- Designing and Implementing Menus
- Managing Food Preparation
- Maintain high standards of Quality & Presentation
- Ensuring smooth & efficient Kitchen operations.
- Training of Kitchen support staff
This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary expertise, excellent management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to corporate customers.
Pre-requisites:
- Proven Experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines and food safety regulations.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
