Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to PM on a regular basis, responsibilities of the QS include, but are not limited to the following:Work closely with the Project Management Team during the procurement, Pre & Post Construction phases of the Project.

Cost evolution of tenders.Review of all changes in contract and seeking amendments to contract costs.

Monitor progress and maintain project plan in accordance with work schedule.

Billing of sub-contractors/project and provide periodic feedback to higher management about billing status of project

Complete Project monitoring, construction estimating and reviewing contractors’ quantities reports for accuracy.

Reconciliation of materials consumed at site and provide verification quantities reports to Management.

To perform any other work assigned by the Project Manager / COO / CEO.
