Give online support to all our customers, with focus on AMAZON ,eBay, Shopify customers, Solving order delivery inquires, Keep record and followup return and refunds, Printing labels though shipstation software ,answering inquiries and complaints in a fast, friendly and effective way
Have the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.search for information and make purchase orders on quick books and data entry and typing speed is a plus.
Requirements
- Students and/or graduates for careers in CS, E-Commerce store management
- Minimum Experience 1 years in similar position
- GOOD - English (written) and knowledge of idioms of American culture

- Ability to compile reports and letters on MS Office ( Excel , word )
- Solving ability and self-management, with effective results to ensure the Quality of Care
- Ability to present yourself and the company in a professional manner
