The Aftermarket Sales Engineer duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

Establish contacts and maintain long-term relationship with customers
Reviewing inquiries from client base and identifying the parts to be offered
Providing quotations with price, lead time, and payment terms, for spare parts in an efficient and responsive manner.
Following up quotations (sales planning) proactively to secure the business for the company
Preparing spare parts lists for new capital equipment, and pursuing and tracking the capture of this aftermarket business
Analysing quotation success rate regularly, and providing reports as necessary to management

Mapping of machine population and service activities
Increase of customer shares and satisfaction
Safeguarding of customer service at the expected level
